purchase order line type (Service v/s Goods) affect on the Purchase Order status

I understand the difference's in the Purchase Order statuses when the line type is 'Services' v/s 'Goods'. Where in oracle fusion cloud are the purchase order statuses defined & linked to these line types ? "Manage Purchasing Line Types" doesn't seem to provide this link.

On the Order Management side, I know that order statuses are defined in certain FSM setups OR lookups BUT which setups OR lookups on the Purchasing or the Procurement side decide that a purchase order status will change to 'Closed for Receiving' when the line type is "Service" & will be in the "Open" status when the line type is "Goods", right after a PO is submitted ?
