Hi All,


The admins are currently encountering an issue following the Redwood UI migration in Oracle Learning, specifically concerning the visibility of learner-uploaded attachments.

Previously, when learners completed External Self-paced Trainings, learners were uploading screenshots/PDF/Documents directly into Oracle. These attachments were accessible to upload for the learners under:

Actions > View More Enrollment Details > Drag and Drop (Attachments)

From Admin Level:.

Prior to the Redwood migration, when learners uploaded attachments via Employment Self Service (ESS) using the above mentioned navigation path, administrators were able to view and validate these attachments through the following navigation:

Edit Assignment > Related Materials > Learning Assignment Record Related Materials > Administrators and Enrollees
