We created a new document type and based on the requirement need to configure the approval as below:
- If the new document record is added by Employee or Manager, requires approval by HRBP;
- If added by HR Service Center (with specific role) user, auto approved;
And HR Service Center user always has Employee role, so how to configure the condition to recognize the document of record is added by Employee?
How to configure such condition in the Transaction Console → Approval Rules? The question I always have is, what kind of the condition cannot be supported by Approval Rules and need to set it up in BPM instead?
