A candidate has accepted two identical offers under different requisitions

Summary:

Hi Team,

A candidate has accepted two identical offers under different requisitions. Both offers have been accepted by candidate and both requisitions are under managing offers with Error during Processing Phase status instead of HR processed status.

Error: We found a possible duplicate of this candidate. (IRC-1590693)

Can someone please assist us to with the possible ways to add candidate's both the offers into the system.
