Learning alert arrived as invite outlook despite no integration has been done

Hi all,

customer received an alert after an offering has been changed, and an alert arrived to learners directly as outlook invitation, no need to download ics file.

We replicate in test and alert arrived but with the need to download the ics to add to calendar. We need to understand from where arrived and what triggered it.

Anyone can help us understand more?
