Redwood 25B: Has anyone been able to use Job Family as a condition in Business Rules?

Summary:

In the Hire an Employee flow our aim is to use Job Family as a condition to default the salary basis. I have been testing it out but it is not functioning so I am curious to know whether anyone has been able to successfully use it.
