Change "Synchronization from position" action code to "Assignment change"

Summary:

Multiple rows of synchronization from position got created in the person’s employment history. To delete the additional rows, we need to modify the action code from "synchronization from position" to “assignment change” and then delete the row from employment history. The hdl template provided by oracle support in the SR successfully modified the action code to assignment change. However, the update was applied to only one row. While the second-row mass upload was successful, the change did not appear in the system, it still says synchronization from position. How can we update the second row?
