25B - Identify Inactive Instructors - inaccurate info for employee with multiple assignments

Summary:

Hello,

For new function 25B release - Identify inactive instructors - function is "You can now see inactive instructors in the Instructor drop-down list when you're creating and updating an instructor-led training (ILT) activity. Any instructor associated with terminated employment will have an availability of Inactive."

We have tested it, it works for emp with single assignment.

But when instructor has multiple assignments, and whenever one of those assignment is inactive, it will show in instructor drop down as "inactive"-

for example - primary assignment = active/ secondary or past assignment = inactive

It will show in instructor drop down the instructor as "inactive"
