Default colors in Smart View are missing (turns white) after refreshing

Hi, I just had my laptop replaced with a Windows 11 while my old laptop was using a Windows 10. Since then, I had an issue with my Smart View wherein every time I do a refresh, the default format/style is gone and my worksheet is just white. Before, it shows if a cell is a read only cells as it is Greyed out and Yellow if not. I had the same version for both which is 24.200. My default format is also Use Cell Styles. Tried to perform different trouble shooting but no luck like Com Add ins, Excel
