Created departments but cannot search

Summary:

Departments have been created successfully. But when searching, none of them are showing in the search results

We are able to create the departments successfully in the Redwood page. However unable to search the same department. We have set all the required profile options and ran the scheduled processes in the order mentioned in this document.

Could you please help how to fix this issue?
