How to Limit the values in LOV Business Unit

We have a requirement that, in "When and Why" section of Hire an Employee flow, for Business Unit LOV should have only 2 values.

Currently LOV has 6 values , all 6 values are not used in HCM so client want only 2 values to be present in the LOV, can anyone tell me how to do this?
