Unable to Hide fields under Personal Details for Person Name related fields

I need to hide some fields related Person Names , but I dont see any related fields in VB Studio.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

There are fields like Prior Last Name , Prior First Name and Check box 'Enter Local Name'. I want to hide all these fields, but there is no related fields in VB Studio. Can anyone tell me how to hide these columns.
