Changes taking time to reflect in redwood pages

Hi,

We are currently in the implementation phase and have encountered a delay in how changes reflect on Redwood pages.

We’ve observed that certain updates take a significant amount of time—sometimes up to a day—to appear on Redwood pages, even though the same changes are immediately visible in other areas such as Person Management.

For example:

• When we add a pending worker, the record is promptly visible in Person Management, but it doesn’t show up immediately on the Redwood Pending Worker page.
• Similarly, when we change an employee’s manager, the change is reflected in the Team Activity Center, but the employee does not appear under the manager’s Redwood Quick Actions.
