How to make suggested buyer mandatory for punchout requisition

Summary:

In Redwood SSP, we were able to make Suggested Buyer filed Mandatory through VB Studio. But when a requisition is being raised through punchout, this filed of suggested buyer becomes non mandatory and users are able to submit requisition without putting in Suggested buyer. We have an extension which used Suggested buyer attribute and this is failing our extension. Kindly recommend how to make suggested buyer field mandatory for requisitions getting created through punchout
