How to add one more Termination Type value?

Summary:

We have a business process where it is neither a voluntary or involuntary termination Type so we need to add an "Other". Termination Type to have 3 LOV {Other, Involuntary, Voluntary}

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we terminate, there are cases where we use the Termination Action "Other" in Responsive and never had to choose a Termination Type so we left it blank. In Redwood, it seems that when we choose Action as "Other", it is defaulting the Termination Type as either "Voluntary" or "Involuntary". We do not want this default value and need to add a new value "Other" for the Termination Type as default. Any suggestion on how to accomplish this? Termination Type has 3 LOV {Other, Involuntary, Voluntary}
