CDO removing records Program - does not work

Summary:

I'm experiencing an issue with automatically deleting unnecessary records from a Custom Data Object (CDO) using a Custom Object Program and Listener.

As we know, the Listener option allows us to bring all newly created records from the CDO into the Program and then use a Decision Step to ultimately delete records that meet certain conditions.

Unfortunately, in my case, this seemingly simple option doesn't work.

Description:

1. I have a CDO that is populated daily via the API.
2. Data can be overwritten multiple times for the same email address, but I have a unique identifier, so the same email address can appear multiple times in the CDO with different values.
