Dynamic Segment - 12 month anniversary

Hello Eloqua Community!
I’d like to set up a Segment in such a way that it checks daily for Contacts who haven’t placed any orders in the past 12 months. The orders are stored in a Contact Field, and I can use the dates.

In other words, I'm looking for contacts who, on this specific day, have their 'no-order anniversary'. Dynamically.

Unfortunately, no matter how I configure the segment, I can’t seem to get it to dynamically check each day which Contacts in my database have just passed the 12-month mark since their last order. Do you have any ideas on how this could be handled on the Segment side?
