Unable to update position costing- Redwood UI

Hello,

I have been trying update position costing but the buttons are greyed out.

I have checked the role and has below privileges already

ORA_PER_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_LEGISLATIVE_DATA_GROUPS_LOV

ORA_PAY_MANAGE_POSITION_COSTING_IN_EMPLOYMENT_PROCESSES

Although I am able to update the position costing details via my client group—>quick actions—>position costing

But not via—> My client group—>workforce structure—>positions—>a section at bottom of position details as below
