Oracle Fusion privileges to view error reports generated from TCA bulk import

Users are currently engaged in customer account contact data cleansing, utilizing the "Manage Data Import" functionality within Oracle Fusion Receivables for FBDI-based uploads. Following the execution of the import process, the error report is not accessible. Despite searching on Google, we haven't been able to identify the necessary Oracle Fusion role(s) and privilege(s) that grant users the ability to view these error reports. Could you please help us determine what these are?
