Functionality of the field "Learner Content Browsing" in Self-Paced Learning Items

Lately, we've had some questions regarding the functionality of the field "Learner Content Browsing" in Self-Paced Learning Items.

So here is a brief description:
The field has two values:

• Not allowed
• After activity completion

If you have it set to “After activity completion”, learners are able to view the learning content from the enrollment details page after they have completed that learning. The learning content is not available from the catalog details page (what you view when you are not enrolled).
Also note it is just viewing the content, there is no attempt created or stored as a result of a learner viewing the content after completion.
