Processing Failed Status uploading a SCORM 1.2

Hi all,

I tried to upload a SCORM (SCORM 1.2 ) as a learning content, but I wasn't able to upload it, the SCORM status shows as "Processing Failed".
Clicking in the status returns the attached error.

Can you help me to understand this issue in order to contact the provider that created the SCORM?
