Me > Document Records should have view only access

Summary:

There is a requirement to make view only of the Document Records but no to Add, Edit or Delete.

Copied the delivered Employee Role and customized by removing the "Manage Person Documentation" privilege and added "View Person Documentation" but still it's not met.

Please suggest we can achieve this?
