Redwood Create Job Requisition Page doesn't allow Business Unit to change from Hiring Manager's

Summary:

When creating a requisition from a job, is there any way to make the requisition for a business unit other than the Hiring Manager's? In responsive, we are able to manually choose the business unit the requisition will feed into. There are several situations where a manager might have several of the same job reporting to them but spread across several business units/legal entities.

It seems currently that the only way to do this in redwood would be to tie each job to a specific business unit, but that would generate many jobs that are effectively duplicates. Is there a way to unlock the "Business Unit" field in the "How to Start" section after the hiring manager is added?
