Change Order in Purchase Order (New) - Quantity displays NaN when it hits 1000 or more

When actioning a change order in Purchase Order (New) the quantity field doesn't allow values of 1000 or more

It allows 999.999…

If we try to enter 1000

It returns with an error and diplays NaN
