We use Temporary assignments as Primary (making base assignment as non primary)
when we end a temp assignment on Redwood, we see the system inserts 2 new rows per assignment. Total 4 rows
In other words 2 rows are inserted "each" in the Base assignment and also the temporary assignment.
On the last working date in Temp assignment - Primary work relationship change row is inserted in both assignments.
On the Last working date in Temp assignment +1 date - End Temporary assignment row is
