Redwood 25A: How to Hide Skip button in Seniority Dates in HR Action Pages

Summary:

We want to Hide the Skip button in the Seniority Dates section in all HR Action Pages, this is because Seniority Dates is the last section before submit and when user clicks it, it does nothing. We want to hide it so users can just see the Submit button being the last page. Currently there is no facility to hide Skip button in VBCS Express. Please advise how we can hide this as it causes confusion to users.
