Can we create a BIP report to get the transaction details in the system.

We have requirement to create a report on Transaction details where for some role its can only be read only access.

What are tables can be useful to create a custom report on transactions.

What could be the necessary table can be useful for below field to create a report. Please share if you have any report on this requirement that can be useful for reference.
