How to automatically end recurring element entries on transfer without restricting eligibility?
Currently our element eligibilities are solely restricted by Payroll, so employees will remain eligible on position transfer provided they remain attached to one of the eligible Payrolls, which therefore requires manual intervention to end-date the entries on transfer to another position for which they should no longer be eligible. Eligibility rules defined with greater granularity (e.g. defining which Jobs, Positions or Grades etc should be eligible for those specific elements) will end the entries on transfer as the employee becomes ineligible for the element and remove the need for that manual intervention and this would be the standard solution.
