Linkage Between Performance Management and Learning Management

I would like to inquire whether there is any linkage or integration available between the Performance Management and Learning Management modules in Oracle Fusion.
Specifically, we would like to understand if it is possible to recommend or assign learning items based on an employee's performance review or feedback.
Kindly let us know if this functionality is supported out-of-the-box or if any configuration or personalization is required.
