Redwood - Quick Action Processes not moving between Regions

Summary:

During Quick Action processes, such as Hire an Employee and Change Assignment, some users will complete entry in a region, like 'Assignment' and when they click the [Continue] button the system doesn't move to the next region. This seems to happen consistently when a person click on a previous region on the sidebar menu and then attempts to 'continue'. And it also most often happens in the "Assignment" region.
