Redwood - Remove Payroll Details for Local Transfer but not Global Transfer

Hello,

We are working on configuring our local & global transfer transaction in redwood. We did not see an option where payroll details can be non-visible when completing a local transfer as these are not needed for our business when completing a local transfer. However, this does need to be visible for global transfers. Is it possilbe to complete this through VBS. If so, how can it be done?
