Expected behavior on Rate Learning page

Hello Experts,

We noticed the below learner experience on the 'Rate Learning' page. Please let me know if this is expected system functionality or a bug?

Scenario:

Step 1: Learner provides rating to an enrolled learning item (course, for example).

Step 2: After 1 day or more, the learner is able to provide the rating to the same learning item by navigating to 'Rate Learning' page. The rating and the rating comments get updated as per the latest update of the learner.

Step 3: When learner or anyone else clicks on the 'Review' hyperlink for the provided rating, latest rating and comments are visible. However, the rating date still reflects the old date (the date in step 1 when the learning item was rated for the 1st time).
