Hide Add button from redwood pending worker page

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to hide the "Add" button on the Redwood Pending Worker page, as the pending worker records are coming from the ORC module.

I explored the option through VBCS, but I couldn’t find a way to hide the button.

Could you please share your insights on whether this is achievable? If it's not possible to hide it directly, are there any alternative approaches or workarounds we can consider?
