Hi All,

I really don't believe that this is possible but I thought I would ask the wider community for clarification.

One of my clients has asked if it is possible to search interactions based on a string within the message thread (threads.notes), this is because that are used to working on traditional email applications rather than Service Cloud.

I have suggested as the threads.notes is a blob it means that it is not searchable within analytics, though can be used in the business rules for routing and categorisation.

I have seen a work around which if I let them see would mean I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
