migrating from one instance to other and preserving previous changes

In my current instance(dev2) which has redwood enabled, we have all the redwood personalizations of every module(ORC,Core HR,Payroll,Benefits ,OTL etc.) on a single git extension's main branch.

we want to migrate to production instance.

earlier a migration was done to production instance regarding some orc redwood personalization ,, other pages/modules of production instance are still in responsive UI .

Now I want to know if we migrate our dev2 to production instance , then are we going to loss on existing personalization of production instance which was part of previous migration?
