Some recent records are not visible on the Sensitive Data Access Audit page.

The issue is that while validating the results of the following transaction controls some of the records are not visible on the Sensitive Data Access Audit page.

70004 - USERS WHO VIEW SENSITIVE PERSON RECORDS PRIOR TO TERMINATION
70006 - USERS WHO VIEW SENSITIVE PERSON RECORDS PRIOR TO POSITION CHANGE

The Sensitive Data Access Audit Date in the results of the controls show records for both April 28th and April 30th. However, when reviewing the same record on the Sensitive Data Access Audit page, only the entry for April 30th is visible.

We have confirmed that the "Purge Sensitive Data Access Audit" scheduled process was run prior to the dates of these transactions. Could the data be purged even if this job hasn’t been run? What could be the reason for some records not appearing on the page?
