Smart View connection screen keeps cycling when I open Excel

Summary:

As soon as I open Excel, the Smart View connection screen appears. I close it and get the 'Login Cancelled' message but then it displays again for a different connection and is stuck in a loop until I close Excel. I uninstalled Smart View version 24.200 and installed the latest 25.100 hoping this would fix the issue but it did not. The same happens when I open Word.
