How can I pull in all ledgers within one report regarding 'Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report'

We have 20 + ledgers and have to run a report for each due to 'Ledger' as a required field. Does anyone have any workarounds if Oracle has not created another BIP report with Ledger as optional?
