Can SR be linked at an internal level

If there are SRs which are dependent on one another then is there any way we can link them at an internal level. These interdependent SRs can have different or the same category.

If there is an SR which can only be begun to resolve once another SR is resolved. So is there any way to show that dependency so that both SRs can be tracked accordingly
