How to make Field values Auto populate while creating Requisition in Redwood UI

We wanted to make the field values to auto populate while creating Requisition in Redwood UI as a Hiring Manager.

Redwood UI
When hiring manager started creating Requisition, at "How" section the drop down values for Fields like Requisition type, Create job using Position, Business unit etc... "Not Auto populating" as its working fine in responsive UI.

Responsive UI
When hiring manager started creating Requisition, at "How" section the drop down values for Fields like Requisition type, Create job using Position, Business unit etc... "Is Auto populating" and working fine.

So, when we moved to Redwood, we have not done any changes to roles and Customization, But its not working as expected in Redwood.
