idea to automate rules, data map, rules data map

Hi

I have a requirement to automate from a USER role the below tasks. Any suggestions how to achieve this in detail please. thanks! (and if groovy would prefer some pseudo code references please).

1. run business rule in EPM instance 1
2. push data to another cube using data map in EPM instance 1
3. pipeline run in EPM instance 2 (that has 3 sub steps)
   1. clears data in epm instance 2
   2. triggers a data integration to pull data from epm instance 1 to epm instnace 2
   3. run business rule in epm instance2
