Burden Rate Calendars - Differences between EBS and OFC

I am loading payroll costs from a third-party application and my burden costs in OFC are different than what is in EBS.

  1. What is the date in which the burden schedule references by burden rates? 
    Example - I have May 2025 GL Period Open (5/1/2025 - 5/31/2025) and no other periods open. Loaded April labor (EI Date 4/27/2025) and the GL Date will become 5/1/2025. Burden schedule is set for APRIL 2025 (4/2/2025 - 5/1/2025). This means that my burden on this labor will use April's schedule. In e-Business Suit, there is a backend calendar that is defined to take the parameter of my labor month and then uses May rates instead because it is in the May labor costing period. I want though my period accruals reversal (GL Date = 5/1/2025) to use the
