Inconsistent Behavior Observed During Learning Record Data Migration

Summary:

We are currently encountering a critical issue during the migration of Learning Record data at the offering level. Below is a summary of the problem and observations:

• Initial Load Failure Followed by Success:
  • When we attempt to load the Learning Record data file (in bulk), the initial load fails with errors.
  • However, upon reloading the same file without any modifications, it gets successfully loaded into the system.

• Backend Data Not Reflecting Post-Successful Load:
  • Although the system indicates a successful load on the second attempt, the data does not get reflected in the backend tables.
  • We are using a custom SQL query to verify the presence of records post-load, and the data is missing despite the success message.
