Hi everyone,

We’re seeing a high volume of bounce-back emails from system-generated “Confirm your identity” messages in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. The bounce messages are being returned to our shared mailbox and contain the following error:

550 5.1.1 <email>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
