REDWOOD - Attachment using custom Attachemnt Category not visible after Rep Approved

I have created a new custom Attachment Category and associate it to REQ HEADER entity. Then I create a new PR and use this custom attachment category.

I ahve used 3 standard categories and 1 custom:

After PR is approved, I am only able to see standard categories attachments:
