Seniority dates not visible on employment info QA

When searching for an inactive employee on the "Employment info" quick action, the seniority dates section contains no information.

The only way to see the info is by date tracking to a date prior to the employee´s termination date.

Is this standard behaviour? I would expect to see this info even without date tracking.
