While editing the Termination Date to back dated getting an Error

Hi Team, We have Terminated an Employee Non Worker , after that by editing the page we are trying to change the Termination Date to Back dated, it is throwing an error, But we are able to change the date to Future Date. This is the below error Only 1 record of the specified system person type can exist at a time. (PER-1530433)
