Unable to add to the cart Punchout Search Items

Summary: I download a few items using the "Punchout Search items" functionality. Download item configured in the punchout. but when I tried to add to the cart, I am getting an error "Add each item individually to the cart because none of the selected items are eligible for the Add to Cart action for multiple items"

We want to have this option, instead to doing a punchout for each item.
