TerminationsApproval task assignee based on the terminated user role?

Add an FYI stage to the TerminationsApproval task based on the terminated employee’s role.

We have a requirement to include an FYI stage in the TerminationsApproval task, triggered conditionally based on the role of the employee being terminated.

We’ve added a simple test condition in the business rule for the new FYI stage and are able to see the variable for the requestor’s role details. However, we haven’t been able to locate a variable for the role of the terminated employee.

Is it possible to create a rule based on the terminated employee’s role for this task?
