Bursting File Not Attached

Summary:

I have a report in Oracle EPM narrative reporting. This report is scheduled to run and deliver to our inbox daily through Bursting.

It’s been working well since December of last year. (we also have bunch of other reports scheduled to run monthly for two years, all working fine).

May 20th is the first time we saw success email being sent out, but file not being attached. May 23rd, we didn’t get either the success email or the file. I tried to manually run the bursting job to generate the file and send the email, no luck. No email received at all. May 24th, we saw bursting emails saying bursting has run successfully, but file still not being attached.
